We were pleased to support the delivery of the new Whittingham and Goosnargh Sports and Social Club, working alongside FWP and Carefoot on this fantastic community project.

Our role was to provide the Part L compliance calculations and certificates for the new sports and social club, along with the SAP assessment and EPC for the residential flat located above the commercial unit. Through detailed energy modelling, we helped demonstrate compliance with current Building Regulations and supported the project through the design and construction process.

It’s great to see the new facility now open and serving the local community.
