Display Energy Certificates

Here at e-mission, we offer expert services for obtaining Display Energy Certificates (DECs), which are essential for public buildings to demonstrate their energy performance.

A DEC provides a clear and concise overview of a building’s actual energy usage, promoting transparency and encouraging energy efficiency improvements.

Our skilled team conducts detailed assessments to ensure that your building meets all regulatory requirements and provides actionable insights to enhance its energy performance. You can trust us to help you demonstrate your commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.

Why get a DEC?
Benefits

Benefits of EPCs for new builds

Legal Compliance

It's a legal requirement for buildings to have an EPC when they are constructed, sold, or rented. We can ensures that the building meets minimum energy efficiency standards.

Energy Efficiency

EPCs provide a clear indication of a building’s energy efficiency. We can help companies identify areas where they can improve energy usage and reduce costs.

Cost Savings

Implementing the energy-saving recommendations from our EPCs can lead to significant cost savings on energy bills over time.

Lets us take away the pain of DECs

At e-mission, we are committed to helping you get and improve your Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We check your property to create the EPC, looking at things like insulation, heating systems, and windows to decide how energy efficient it is.

After we check, we give you a full report with advice on how to make your home more energy efficient and we make sure your property meets the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) and advise on the best ways to meet the standard if it doesn’t.

By working with us, we can help you make your property more energy efficient, lower your energy bills and save money over time. We help you find the most cost-effective improvements and make sure you follow the law to avoid fines if you are selling, renting, or leasing your property.

E-mission have supported us on a number of initiatives with public sector and private sector clients across energy assessments, energy audits and energy management. We have always found the team to be professional and helpful. In 2016 they prepared our Group’s ESOS assessment which was subsequently audited by the Environment Agency as part of a limited national exercise by them. Following rigorous testing of the report they prepared on the ESOS initiative they successfully passed the audit. E-mission have recently been working with us on energy monitoring projects for our clients and have a progressive approach to the development of commercially viable solutions to energy reduction measures.
